HD Supply Mgr, Site Experience in Atlanta, Georgia
Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred, or equivalent experience
5+ years of B2B and/or B2C ecommerce site experience; ideally in site content, site marketing, site merchandising or digital marketing
Customer-centric and results-oriented with strong organizational and planning skills to handle multiple projects, requests and partners; requires attention to detail
Prior experience with product content optimization and creation of a multi-conversion point strategy for customer site experiences
Prior experience leading and guiding teams to achieve KPIs
Proficiency or high level of familiarity preferred in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Target or other similar CMS/analytics tools
Ability to make sound decisions based off of performance data
Ability to be autonomous, self-motivated with ability to prioritize and multi-task
Ability to thrive and be flexible in an often fast-paced environment
Ability to work with ambiguous requests and respond to changes in direction, technologies or solutions; a high level of diplomacy to provide alternative solutions when needed

Responsible for creating the end-to-end site approach for new merchandising and marketing initiatives. Work with key brand product launches, serving as point on Omni channel strategic partnerships.
Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities
Leads planning for promotions and new product launches working closely with all channel demand generation managers. Provides oversight of positioning, copy and promoting products for key promotional launches.
Optimizes the online shopping experience to increase conversion through site presentation and product merchandising by looking at sales and web analytics, as well as online shopping best practices.
Creates new and updated category pages to highlight trends, promotions and customer needs.
Selects featured product and promotions for key pages: category pages and marketing landing pages.
Works cross functionally with analytics team to understand customer behavior through web analytics and creating reporting as needed. Monitors competitive landscape and customer behavior to determine purchase path flow needs and taxonomy updates.
Partners with creative team to drive visual strategy for category and marketing landing pages.
Partners with user experience and engineering teams to plan updates to ensure a best-in-class shopping experience.
Partners with digital and category marketing teams in driving site traffic through external marketing efforts.

Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
Education and Experience
- Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline. Generally 7+ years of experience in a related field. May require certification. Advanced degree may offset less experience in some disciplines.
